We had booked two rail e-tickets through an agent in Goa. The PNR's are as below.

We did not travel on these tickets as the train had delayed by more that 6 Hours. We had a death in the family. It was so annoying that my husband could not attend his fathers funeral. On top of that we are not even getting this refund even after 100...
