I have participated in the 2014 sweepstakes and received the first
booklet parcel in February, 2014 and paid the amount for annual
subscription. But I have not received any further communication or
booklets from your end. This type of attitude by your concern very
much affected me and the image about your company in my mind. Please
arrange to send the issue regularly.

I got email from [protected]@monsterindia.com in my gmail and it was showing reader digest win prize advertisement.
I clicked on link and followed steps and finally i had made payment of Rs 549 and i got error page after successful payment on 8 feb 2013.
i used my credit card. :(
Today is 22 Feb 2013 and i still not received any copy of reader digest subscription.

No any issue of journal is received so far though it elepsed a perod of one month of registration .
I have paid Rs. 549/- towards one years subscription of readers Digest on 30th of July 2012 and till now nothing is received. Please see the matter and do the needfull.

Dear Sir/Madam,
After putting lots of efforts,still I am not able to get my old Reader Digest Issue, I contacted in Reader Digest Office through email and received the reply which is mentioned below my letter, they asked to Postal Department, how can i check with Postal Departments, its not my duty. They must send us by courier or speed post, if they are not able to send me again.

There is the Informations on Prize competetion about the SBI Card holders and they announced voluteerily as finalised candidate based on credit history and required us to sent the couple of letters with our credit card no.and expiry date....i dont know why they use to ask for this inform....? anyone can clarify to me..????

MONEY MATTER
Dear Sir
I am taking regular issues of Reader Digest. But these people send story books by courier which cost Rs699/- without our requirement.This happened twice and i have given the money. So everytime they do it and if we will not pay the money then they send letter in which they threaten the customer.If we dont want then also they force to take it. So please look in the matter as soon as possible.
