View Contact To: Pawan Upadhyay <[protected]@ymail.com> Dear Mr. Upadhyay, Mon, 31 January, 2011 5:45:09 PM Subscription Number RD[protected] We thank you for your e-mail. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you due to non receipt of the copies of the Reader’s Digestfor the months of December'10 & January'11. We have checked our computer records and verified that your subscription is in order and that the magazine is being regularly mailed to you. Therefore, it seems that your copies are getting lost or pilfered in postal transit. Unfortunately, in spite of trying, we have not been successful in eliminating such losses in transit in the postal system. We would be grateful if you could please write to your local post office and draw their attention to your specific case. This will be a great help to our own efforts to ensure that you get your copies regularly and without loss. Meanwhile, as a goodwill gesture, we are arranging to replace the missed issues and the same shall be delivered to you within 7-8 working days. We request you to kindly bear with us in the interim and confirm us with receipt of the same. If in future you miss any more copies of the Reader's Digest, please drop us a line mentioning your subscription number, so that we can pursue this further. Please feel free to get back to us for further assistance/clarifications. Assuring you of the best possible services; always.
