Good Morning Sir / Madam,

I have submit a complaint about my data card connection, and after that it has start work . but after 2 days its going again close .not working from last 3 days. when i contact the concerned person they told me that it will be close from back end.. i want to know that why they are closing my connection after 3-4 days .i am requested to reliance communication please start my data card otherwise refund...

had taken a Reliance Data Card connection (No. [protected]) which I terminated because reliance had failed to give me proper service. The termination was acknowledged by the customer care center at South Extension, New Delhi on 3rd January, 2008 and the Case ID is 61391311. The next bill of was raised on 8th January, 2008 and paid on 18th January, 2008 at the South Extension Center (Receipt No. S[protected].
