Good Morning Sir / Madam,

I have submit a complaint about my data card connection, and after that it has start work . but after 2 days its going again close .not working from last 3 days. when i contact the concerned person they told me that it will be close from back end.. i want to know that why they are closing my connection after 3-4 days .i am requested to reliance communication please start my data card otherwise refund my money. I'll deposit the device. because i am facing a big problem .

Reliance Data card connection — Harrasement after stop my services

HARRASMENT AFTER DISCONNECTING DATA CARD CONNECTION

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have buy a datacard connection 23 december 2010 form reliance store sector 34 A. but after 3 days it was stop working. I go to reliance store 4-5 times, submit my documents 5 times .but they could not give me positive response. when i am going there or contacting the staff members they ignore me. I am requesting to higher athourity that if they are not able to start my connection then give back my money. Please help me.

I have submit this complaint yesterday. but still there is no solution of my problem. please give me a solution as soon as possible. if you are trying to reach me with phone i cant pick my phone in office hours from 10 am to 8 pm. you can contact with me by email. and please solve this problem.
