Nan availability of service for long periods
I am using a SMART connection at bhagalpur and am using GPRS service too but in the last 30 days or so there have been 4 occassions when the mobile showed no signal for more than 24 hours at a stretch and so i could not make a call or connect to internet and i lost good part of my GPRS subscription period.
This is highly unwelcome and has forced me to agree to some of the other people who said that Reliance is all fraud and monopoly...

use lesssssssssssssss reliance gsm smart coneection is just wastage of money nd mind...it says...rs.303 nd free net for 60 days...bt wat comes after the recharge is just 0.45% or 0.77% or maximum of 5%...of the 100% network usage...thatssss it...!the net is tooo slow for anypage to open...the pages displaye U R OFFLINE...:( ...called customer care...complained ...various time...no feedback nd...no steps taken by smart...i had spend my about...

poor service
Sir,
I use Reliance Smart GSM pre-paid service (Bihar). Whenever i try calling 401 to recharge and 402 to know my balance i am told that due to some technical problem my request can not be granted. this causes a lot of inconvenience.
Please look into the matter.
