I have placed an order for birthday cake for my niece on 1 aug 2017 and confirm through chat how much time it will take for delivery on 2aug, they said it will be delivered by 4pm,,
Today till now its 8:00pm it is not been delivered... And when i m asking them they are just hanging up the call... No concern for customer money.....

Yesterday I have ordered pineapple cake whose id is RAG/030716/105482 for rupees 523 to be delivered at midnight in hyderabad but they have not delivered it yet and I have also paid 200 extra for midnight delivery. Today when I am calling them they are not receiving my calls and also track order is not updated. Please help....

This was my order number RAG/230615/75420 had ordered for Flowers Basket with Cake and chocolates on my wife's birthday, was afraid as it was my first shopping with this website, but the gift hamper was delivered on time to my home in kolkata....
