Yesterday I have ordered pineapple cake whose id is RAG/030716/105482 for rupees 523 to be delivered at midnight in hyderabad but they have not delivered it yet and I have also paid 200 extra for midnight delivery. Today when I am calling them they are not receiving my calls and also track order is not updated. Please help.

This is to confirm you that as per our records, due to some logistics issues midnight delivery of order was not possible and after confirming with you, your order was delivered during day time and we had initiated refund for the midnight delivery charges that you had paid and the same have been conveyed to you through mail also. Regarding customer service complaint relating to calls, we are sorry for the same. We shall certainly look into this seriously.
