This is with reference to the booking of flat no. 2704, h'wing - azziano, rustomjee at thane west.
We had booked a flat in the month of july 2015 by paying rs. 2, 00, 000 (Rupees two lacs) by cheque no. 914258 dtd. July 6th, 2015 of citibank. At the time of booking this property we had informed the sales managers, mr vikas singh and ms chetna mehta that we are in process of selling our existing flat and will proceed further...

Delayed flat possession more than 2.5 years

I have booked a 2bhk flat in Rustmomjee Urbania Acura Thane West Majiwada E wing on JUNE 2009 ( more than 4 years have been completed) and promised date of possession was MARCH 2011.
This is very disappointing that Rustomjee Urbania(Kapstone construction) delayed the possession by 2.5 years from promised possession date in agreement and without any fault of mine I have been paying unnecessarily huge interests on my housing...
