I have submitted my device j7 2106 on 27th sept. Which have some lcd problem. They promissed me to give my device in next 7 to 10 days but they still not provided my device and always make some nonscence excuse that part has been ordered come on next day every time. I have also contected to area service manager of ballia samsung service centre he is not also able to provide me satesfactory result....
