and i am waiting for welcome kit for last 30 days today it comes at branch but they didnt give me .and they said your account balance(87000 aprox) not allow them to give welcome kit to me. now i feel insult in your bank because bank excutive said to me that...

i have a mtnl broadband connection which is installed on 3.08.2010 ..my telephone no is 27372351.. my broadband connection is not working from the day of installation.. i have complaint about that a lot of time but no responce till now.. please rectified my problem as soon as possible..
