Sbi General Health Insurance Complaints & Reviews

Amount of Rs. 2600 has been deducted from my account by
SBIGEN GHI. I want a refund straight away. This is no unacceptable. 2600 is not a less amount.

Please see this matter straight away. And do not debit any amount without my permission. I am so irritated by this. Refund my amount as soon as possible....

This is regarding my father-in-law's sbi general health insurance policy. My father-in-laws suffered heart stroke 11 months after taking the policy. They refused to give claim by saying with in one year heart diseases and HTN not covered. After renewing the policy they are saying it is a pre-existing disease. Without giving proper reason how it is a pre-existing disease. I have sent a mail to [protected]@sbigeneral.in. but I didn't recieve any response....
