I had trying to call service center from 3 days but i am not connect it show waiting time 10 min and after 40 min i am in waiting time . i had mail to but no replay poor service....

On 27/07/2017 Thursday, I got the above order deliverd . The hard disk was tampered at the time of delivery and Condition of hard disk was same which the attachment of photos sent to you .

We agreed at the point that you will call me and update the status of the replacement of my product .

dear sir/madam, I purchase new segate harddisk and then not detected in my pc so i went to segate sevice centre in indore accel fortline limeted 101-102 sunrise tower 579 M.G road indore and sumit my harddisk in service centre on 17 dec 2012 and they told me after 15 days your replacement done but on 5 feb 2013 my harddisk replacement not done my pc is not working without hard disk always told me next you collect your hard disk so please...

my harddisk is under warranty period.only two years completed and drive started giving sound and bad sectors.
when i go to service center for repair. they said it will take one week time and we will replace Hard disk.

I have bought a 500 Gb Seagate hard disk of this company from Nehru place (name of the shop is Cost to Cost) in 26 Aug 2009 with 5 years warranty and in July 2010, I had a detection problem in hard then i gave it to Accelerontline services limited Nehru place Seagate authorized service center after taken 4 to 5 weeks they told me this is not from India purchase they said that you have go to cost to cost shop wherever...

Please note i have purchased one HDD of Segate with Sr.No-6QF2K5G6 and Part No-9DC14G-501 IN 2007 and the HDD has 5YR warranty and i have sent the HDD to Hyderabad Segate through Local Computer shop named AR Computrs and the service persons from Segate Sent the HDD back without checking and tagged ont HDD as no Fault found. Really this is shame for the Segate Company. I felt very Bad. and please be treated this complaint...

I had bought today Seagate Hard external hard disk of 320 GB but on checking with the properties in the computer it is showing just 298 GB. With the complaint we went to shopkeeper but to our dismay he directed us to the customer care of seagate. who did not have a satisfactory answer. I am loosing 22 GB of space after paying Rs. 3150 for the same.Please help as it is a cheating on the part of the company.

My name is praveen. I am a segate customer, using Segate Hard disk 500 GB.
3 weeks back i started getting problems with the hard disk ... i contacted the seacare center for the replacement. The seacare people told me to submit the Hard disk at their office & they will provide the replacement. I waited for 5 days to get the replacement .. meanwhile i tried to call these people to get the status of the replacement...

I am using Seagate 80GB Hard disk and have 5 years warranty also, but i faced problem with this hard disk. so i replaced it but after replacement i got faulty hard disk and this process repeated 3 or 4 times. now 5 to 6 months has been past. what the hell is going on when i will get the correct hard disk. do you think this is a joke....
