I had given my senheiser earphones for replacement as they were not working and according to company's policy they provide replacement guarantee for 2 years. The product was received on 12th july by company and still it has been 15 days since i haven't received my earphones replaced. It was supposed to take max 7 to 10 days. I'm following up with the support team on regular basis but they are just post poning the replacement. Please do help...

I have no idea where is my cx 180 headphone. Which i sent for repairing sennheiser service centre i can't understand where is my cx 180 headphone. 15 day is gone through i have no idea where is my cx 180 headphone. I can't track my own product. My sennheiser cx 275 s earphone jack got spoiled and i want to return the item for replace as it is under warranty. I bought the product on 13 oct 2016 and it has a two year warranty. I bought the item in amazon. I am not able to get return options in the app as return window has been closed for some reason. I want return the product directly to the seller for replacement or repair....

This is not acceptable. I travelled all the way from my place to service center (Mumbai) to get my cx-180 replaced spending half of the headphones price money. And the service center guy said the replacement product is not in a stock. This is harrassment. Physical and mental. And there is only one service center in mumbai region to cover all. Now i cannot spend more money and time to get it done. Whats the point of it if i am spending more...

I bought sennheiser cx 180 in march 2016. I requested to sennheiser to replacing my earphone at 10 february 2017 and sent earphone to mumbai service center at 6 march 2017, after this they sent replaced product but delivery boy didn't give first information or call me so in this way i missed 2 attempt of delivery.
After this i send my permanent address by email to customer service mumbai at 9 may and i am still waiting to get earphone...

I bought sennheiser cx 180 Street 2 from amazon back in july the earphones were working fine till recently one earpiece on the left is not working properly as volume is lowered compared to other side . As product is under warranty i am expecting replacement for the product as soon as possible. I dont know the procedure to claim warranty so please guide me through ...thanx...
