I bought sennheiser cx 180 Street 2 from amazon back in july the earphones were working fine till recently one earpiece on the left is not working properly as volume is lowered compared to other side . As product is under warranty i am expecting replacement for the product as soon as possible. I dont know the procedure to claim warranty so please guide me through ...thanx

I had the head phone under warranty period but when I returned they rejected it because it was fake...they said it was not original...I want you to solve this problem by granting me an original one or else I will take this to consumer forum...the dealer was flipkart so if anyone who is to blame is flipkart.

When switch off microphone out put signal makes high noise like radio signal

When switch off Sennheiser ew135 microphone, the output makes heavy noise.
