I bought sennheiser cx 180 in march 2016. I requested to sennheiser to replacing my earphone at 10 february 2017 and sent earphone to mumbai service center at 6 march 2017, after this they sent replaced product but delivery boy didn't give first information or call me so in this way i missed 2 attempt of delivery.
After this i send my permanent address by email to customer service mumbai at 9 may and i am still waiting to get earphone after 4 month and now 9 month of warranty left.
It's my humbly request and please help me to get my warranty earphone. Was this information helpful? |
