Order id is: hyxkeomfr. I have placed the order on july 22, 2019. Name: amitabha sengupta, but due to 'out of stock' issue, the order was not dispatched bu setu. I have requested setu india to initiate refund. They said they have already refunded the amount to my paytm wallet. But the amount still not credited to my account. 7 days already passed since refund initiated....

Unable to get Domicile Certificate

I have my domicile certificate. I have been living in Mumbai since birth and almost 46 years. My father has a domicile certificate because he was also born in Mumbai. But I am unable to get domicile certificate for my wife and children who has been with me in Mumbai. But they do travel with me in connection with my job out of India.
Is this a reason for not issuing the domicile certificate...
