Kindly process the transaction of inr 30, 000 in the same e-commerce account mentioned below so that we can credit the refund amount back to your sbi account.

I had pay 29999 to shopping2cart for a mobile phone but they cant send my mobile.They were saying that the online payment done by myself cant receive by them when i ask him for my refund they say that maintain your account with 5000 then a OTP send to your mobile then your refund has been procesed...
