Hello sirm Myself Ravidutt Khantwal and I am from Lucknow. I received a call from Shopping 2 cart (ANURAG) on 12th August that they are promoting their new website by offering discounts on products and also providing gift items. So i ordered a Prestige Prima Schott 4 Burner Cooktop - GTS 04 for Rs 8000 through cash deposit on account number which they have given to me Details are: Account Name: Shopping2cart PNB Bank account number [protected] They told me that my product will be delivered within 7-10 days. but after 7 day when i called them for status of my product then they told me to purchase another thing of 5000 to avail ordered product and gift item. I refused to make another purchase. They refused to deliver my product but when i forced them by saying that i am going to file complaint against you then they said your product will be delivered in 5 days... But its a long time and i have not received my product yet. then i went to bank to know about their bank account information this account number is in name of Aditya Kumar, House no 13, Gijhor, Sector 53, Noida, U.P, 201301 Contact no of Mr. Aditya is [protected] which is continuously not reachable. We have all recordings of phone call conversation with them, and pay slip of Cash Deposit. My friend Shashi Bhushan Pandey have also ordered Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 T231 Tablet (7-inch, 8GB, WiFi, 3G, ), Ebony Black. of Rs 10000 for which he have already paid Rs. 5000.
