However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Sir, I have an id of sify ([protected]@sify.com). 01-JUN-2014 i am facing problem to log in my sify site. my all mails is coming on this mail id and i cant see my mails. kindly request you to pls do something for me. Please rectify it soon and oblige......
