Different product and terrible experience with customer care

We ordered two bags from skybags and received both bags of different designs. We requested for a exchange but they denied it and then we reached coustmer care they simply ingnored our problem and again called customer care and the lady there simply said we will disconnect your phone and I was requesting her and saying my complaint. Please help us to resolve this problem....

Dear Sir, I bought Skybag for my College on 18th December and it my college started from 27th December after 4days for College my college bag started tearing up so I complained to Owner he told me, I will get new Bag In Exchange but it will take 3or 4 days to arrive new Bag but it's been a Week and now he is giving me Excuses and telling me to wait a Month...

Trolley handle is damaged

I bought a gradient trolley this Sunday (10.4.2022) and took it in the first flight today but the handle got damaged and broken....

Poor customer service from javed mahesh suraj... No appropriate uniforms nor ids in pocession.
Please ask your staff to stop giving false promises while selling the equipment saying... Warranty period lies and we shall exchange it immediately and #t... When time comes there are no solutions to the problems/ complaints...

shipment delay for web orders

The product order placed online or web-orders never got dispatched from the Skybags end.
Left message, voice message but no reply.
This is for the second time I have placed the web-order for the same item. Item availability is in stock. But there is a message that I received 3-days back for shipment delay.
This had happened earlier from the skybags end. And now they are repeating the same story.

four wheel trolley

I am an aggrieved customer and mentally harassed by the skybags dealer. I have purchased my bag from rainbow bags in mau district u. P and issued a warranty card for the same but the card is stamped by the name of luggage mart kanpur. After several service request and endless request the shopkeeper kept my bag for almost a month and there after he gave me two raw wheels without installing and told me to repair somewhere else.. This is very unfortunate that your dealer (Big Bazaar, Esplanade Metroplitan Building, 7 J. L. Nehru Road, Kolkata - 700013) is so careless that when I am purchasing your product from them they don't bother whether I am getting the warranty well and good.

Luggage Bag

Wheel badly damage

I purchase a skybag from Mumbai, I only used it once while I was coming to Kolkata during coming out from station it's wheel badly damage even I was pulling very carefully. Now I am not able to carry it. I purchased it on 9th of April from INCS Mumbai. it is under warranty for 3 years. I want it to repair or replace it. Warranty claim

Hii this is kranthi i have purchased the skybag travel bag on september 2014. the handle hook of that bag is broken while handling the bag.So i have to clam that, now i am in germany please tell me how to clam the damage, what documents you guys needed to clam the international warranty. please reply me as soon as possible because i have to use that bag frequently....
