Pagué dinero con tarjeta de crédito y compré una antena de tv de octa octa aire a través de un anuncio de smarttv123.com el 10/02/18. No había recibido los productos hasta ahora (08/10/18). Me había comunicado a su atención al cliente, pero nocontestan mis email. También observé quejas similares contra la misma compañía en el formulario de quejas de los consumidores. Me gustaría solicitarle que inicie el reembolso del importe....

I ordered and paid for the smart tv octa air on the 01 th of march 2018.
I got a confirmation on the 02th of march, that the item has been despatched. I have not yet received the product.

Ordered octa air product on 8th march '18. Order value was rs 2495/ but company booked for rs 3695/. My card was booked for 3695/.
But till date product not received in spite of remainders. Shipment details given by company are wrong as the website of the shipper says no consignment of this reference number exist. Pl do not fall prey to this fraudster....
