This is to inform you that i have cancelled a e ticket from irctc on 17 oct 2017, but u have not received refund for the same. Its showing refunded on 19 oct 17 through paytmag bank but not received a single rupee. Paytm people are saying talk to irctc. And irctc helpline numbers are never connecting.
