Dear Sir, I was ordered and remit the payment of Rs 3200 through net banking facility given by federal Bank [payment successful id 27544200] .But the product (MG 142 Popular Preethi Mixer Grinder) not reached yet .I am waiting one week they given me a fedex track id[protected] then I contacted them, but the information is that the item not physically handover by the local courier guy .
