1. I have submitted numerous complaints to the SPEL and WTTIL Company regarding the said subject. Tried to contract various staff of the company from bottom to top, written many letters, rang up to the management and staff, done e-mails regularly. Tower material of the SPEL company which they have bought from Kadevi Engineering Ltd, Hyderabad for a sum of Rs 3 lack (approx) is lying idle and rusting in my premises...

1. The mobile tower material of Sterling Projects & Engineering Ltd, Chennai (SPEL) is lying in my premises since 16 Nov 09. At the time o[censored]nloading the material, Vendor of the Company told me that he will complete the agreement formalities within 15 days and till that time I will get the rent and allied charges.
