Sir,
1. I have submitted numerous complaints to the SPEL and WTTIL Company regarding the said subject. Tried to contract various staff of the company from bottom to top, written many letters, rang up to the management and staff, done e-mails regularly. Tower material of the SPEL company which they have bought from Kadevi Engineering Ltd, Hyderabad for a sum of Rs 3 lack (approx) is lying idle and rusting in my premises since 20 Nov 2009. Vendor of the Company dropped it without any written agreement, but verbally agreed to pay me a sum of Rs 7,000/- per month as rent and allied charges from 20 Nov 2009. After dropping the material no one (including the Vendor) visited the site till 19 Nov 2010. On 19 Nov 2010, Shri Rajeev Ranjan, representative of the SPEL visited the site and agreed to do the needful in the matter. But nothing has been done by him and the case is as before. I have contacted on telephones and e-mails on number of times to Mr Krishnan Chinnadurai of Head Office of SPEL at Chennai. He is also in picture of the whole case but not responding adequately to sort out the problem.
2. Now I am tired of all these things and resorting to sale the material in order to compensate on account of my rent and allied charges which are pending since last one year. Was this information helpful? | 
1. Please refer to my complaint on the above subject and various type of communication with staff and management of the Company since last one year.
2. Tower material of the SPEL company has been unloaded at my residence during Nov 2009. The vendor at the time of placing the material has assured me rent and allied charges at specific rates. Since then he never met me or visited the site. I have collected the records/whereabouts of the company and tried my best to inform the company of its invincible tower material of Rs 3 lack. I contacted so many people of staff and management of the SPEL but they only given assurances but done nothing in practical/on ground. They are all careless and disinterested in wellbeing of the Company. How it happens when they are getting such a fat salary from the Company for the lookaftrer and development of the Company. They are only showing that they are modern bred but ground reality is that they are none to Company. I am of the firm opinion that if they are interested in Comapany's affairs they should have solved the problem and material of such an attractive amount should not have dumped idle for last one year.
3. So, please wake up and do something to save the Company from financial loss.
