Sir, 1. The mobile tower material of Sterling Projects & Engineering Ltd, Chennai (SPEL) is lying in my premises since 16 Nov 09. At the time o[censored]nloading the material, Vendor of the Company told me that he will complete the agreement formalities within 15 days and till that time I will get the rent and allied charges. But the Vendor has not made agreement till today inspite of our repeated requests/reminders. I have contacted each and every person in the chain, but no one is responding to my grievances. 2. The material of mobile tower is within the residential area of my house and it creates lot of problem in day to day life. It has spread over 20 Feet x 20 feet area of my premises. I am not able to shift this material because it is very heavy. The vendor and SPEL company has not paid outstanding rent and allied charges and refusing to pay the same on the pretext that the agreement is not there. 3. 1. The mobile tower material of SPEL Company is lying in my premises since last one year without installation of tower. They are not installing tower and also not giving my rent and allied charged as agreed by them. At the time of dropping this material the Vendor has not made any agreement but assured me to complete the agreement formalities within 15 days. The vendor also verbally agreed to give me certain amount on account of rent and allied charges till the agreement is made. The vendor is not responding and SPEL Company is also not giving any attention to my complaint. It is, therefore, requested that necessary action to install the mobile tower may please asked from the Company or if not they should pay all the rent and allied charges for last one year.
2. Inspite of my repeated requests/reminders since last one year, nothing has been happened. I am therefore asking for your help in this matter.
