I have purchased plot in silversands of 200 sq. yards 13years ago & paid 98% amount to them. They went for HMDA approval without my consent & increased land from 200 sq.yrds to 332 sq.yrds & kept that in Mortgage.
Now recently they say, they got mortgage plots released & so i paid the rest amount. But still they are not registering my plot even after multiple requests.

Can you please help me in this regards in getting...

Booked a plot at suchirindi ivy greens project.
Plot no. 346
While booking, they promised us to get loan from SBI / HDFC bank..
Considering this we went ahead and gave booking amount of RS. 1, 22, 210.
however after following up for 2 and half months, they told that these banks will not provide with loan and they forced us to go with a NFC "fullerton".
Since our money were stuck, we gave our documents to...

Hi,

I bought a plot in Suchir India silversands Muthangi, they said within one month your plot will be registered and I paid 90% of the cost 54 lacks . When ever I am asking they are telling silly reasons and not paying attention to my words. They are cheating with the with the people and there is no action is taken on it after multiple complaints given here. Please don't buy any plot in Suchir India it's a fraud company....

I bought a plot in silver sands which was developed by suchirindia back in 2008. We paid all the money in the same year (Rs. 8, 00, 000). They said all the development be done once they have hmda approvals. Thereafter we are always trying to contact them to register our plot. Everytime we contact them their staff changes, no one answers, or says contact person changed. We are totally frustrated with their answers and pissed off with the way...

No development due to Le Colossal Project

Hi, I purchased a SuchirIndia Le Colossal Plot in July 2009 with a promise that the development would be complete within 1.5 years. But there has been no sign of development till 13-June-2012. The plots have been deserted completely. This is disgusting and ridiculous. My mobile number is [protected]. If someone else is facing a similar kind of a problem, please give me a call and we can discuss and if required, would go to consumer court....

Plot Registration not done

Hi, I have approached Suchirindia for purchase of a plot in their new venture named Le Collosal, shankarpally, hyderabad. I have paid the amount of Rs. 7,51,400/- towards the plot cost + registration amount of Rs.31,020/- . Payment Details are Rs. 500/- (Cash) for registration on 31st July 2009, Rs. 50000/- Andhra Bank cheque . 136611 dtd. 31st July 2009 , Rs. 7,00,029/- ICICI Bank cheque. 454815 dtd. 24th august, 2009 and Rs. 1371/-...
