recharge failure

I have recharged for sundirect Rs.368 on 8-jan-2012 though netbanking. soon after my account was debited by rs.368 and there was no balance / recharge failure. i have sent mail regarding the query to customer care.
i need quick response to credit the amount Rs.368 to my account as i have faced two days trouble....
