Dear Sir/ Madam, I am satheesh kumar we are having a sundirect connetion in my father name Mr. Vellaichamy Smart card no: [protected]. i have taken Rs: 110/- Rupees E- recharge of sundirect dated: 25/08/2010. but stil i dint get recharged to my number. and the very next time i approched the agency they said to contact customer care. My copun Serial Num: [protected] & Voucher Pin: [protected] I asked through the customer care they said T serial number is still active but voucher pin is mistake kindly help me to get the amount recharge ASPL.
