False commitment and cheating

I ordered food from this online food portal on 28/02/2015 at 8:10 PM and the order of Rs414/- was confirmed after online payment of Rs250/-after discounts. The portal confirmed delivery of food by 8:50 PM and the restaurant also called for non-availability of 2 food items and their replacement as suggested. Order cancelled after delivery time got expired on 20/02/2015

non-refund of failed order

I had ordered food on 21/09/2014 via the site worth Rs. 500/- paid through Internet Banking. Order number-NC935IERPU. After waiting in vain for the order to get delivered, we had to finally cancel it and initiate a refund. Pathetic Response & Customer Service

Order No. ND8G4QG78E. i received 2 mails after placing the order which stated that my order is confirmed and would be delivered at 8.45 PM. After waiting till 9.00 PM I tried calling tastykhana customer care but the number was switched off. later i though of directly calling the restaurant and check there. They told me that they have not received the order yet...

Amount Deducted but order not Delivered

Order No.NC6236EN1J The following order was never delivered. I made the payment using my debit card and the amount is already debited. Look into it at the earliest and initiate the refund process. It has been more than 15 days and the money has not been refunded. I got a call from tasty khana saying the money will be refunded, but doesn't seem like it is going to come back....
