[Resolved]  Tastykhana.in — non-refund of failed order

I had ordered food on 21/09/2014 via the site worth Rs. 500/- paid through Internet Banking. Order number-NC935IERPU. After waiting in vain for the order to get delivered, we had to finally cancel it and initiate a refund. We even received a 'Refund Initiated' e-mail from the site on 21/09/2014 and was promised the money back in our bank account. But even after several calls that we made to their customer care number, we have not yet received any assistance. They only assured us once 2 weeks back that the refund would be initiated in '48hrs.', We are still waiting and no one picks up the calls anymore now. We are really feeling helpless and need this forum's assistance in retrieving the money back. Thank you. Moumita & Rahul Biswas
