I'm worked in tbss in 2012to 2014 so I want to my pf and Uan no my employ id 571228...

I am an ex employee of tbss I joined in Dec 2015 and left org in Jan 2017
I Want form 16 but when I am trying to get in touch with the help line number it is directing to Quess corp as it was acquired by Quess
They are unable to provide any information as they are stating that Employee id is not valid or pf number is not there establishment I really need the form 16 ASAP... It is very urgent I want the form 16.Please help me...
