Hi,
I am user of TATA Photon data card since last 5 year and 3 month before I had purchase TATA Photon max wifi ( Number : [protected]) .
My plan is 5 GB data and Billing cycle: 24th – 25th of every month..
But every month within 15-20 days I am getting message that my data is consumed and my speed is been getting slow down and I am facing lots of problem due to this .
And for this month, Today...
I am user of TATA Photon data card since last 5 year and 3 month before I had purchase TATA Photon max wifi ( Number : [protected]) .

Still after 5 days of calling and writing email
To customer care, no response.
This is worst customer service company.

my tata photon number is [protected]. bill cycle from 6 th day to 5th. i have 3 gb unlimited plan with 6.2 mbps.
my bill generated on 6th and on SUNDAY i.e. 7th june i get a SMS that i have used 3 gb. i complained the about the same in customer care where fellow who picked my call informed me that my usage for one day was 250 MB and he raised the complaint for the same. today i get the call from tata saying that they cant do anything. they...
