We are group of 5 people ( friends and family members) we have invested on TDI Kundali project Sonipat 3 years back. We have been promised and given surety that we will be given first floor and lake view 4 BHK Apartment however at the time of possession now they are offering us apartment with different location.
This is completely against the ethics. We have everything in writing which was promised by the builder still they are not...

I purchased a flat No T-115/SF tuscun city, kundli sonipat in the month of October 2015 . Company advised me to take over the possession of the flat from his site office in kundli. I visited the site office they have done all the formalities but not handed over the possession of the flat till date as they are saying the finishing work has not been completed as the payment of the contractor has not been made by the company. Sir/Ma'am, I talked to one of your customer care executive named "Joginder Singh" on date 19th September 2013 at 4.00 pm. He has used very rude, harsh and abusive language while attending the call on mobile phone. This is not the way to attend a call and clearly shows an act of total unprofessionalism in the authority. I think appropriate action must be taken against him because these kind of people spoil the environment...
