I was work with TDS management consultant pvt ltd from october 2015 to september 2020. and after this period i want my form 16 for this period. and i call to TDS for form 16 then they send me form 12. then i asked next time for form 16 but TDS care has no responce for this till now.

Now my current company is asking for the reliving letter.
