I am Rita Banerjee.I purchase a Home Jogger Walker Machine from online shopping through Tele shopping Product on 23/03/2015 by GATI KWE.It was cash on delivery of amount 3940.
When the packing box opened, I notice that the machine was defective and the footrest inner plastic paddle was broken.The machine is not working.Also inside of the machine is very dusty and full of rust just like a old and used machine .
I request please replace...

On receipt of the product on 30/12/2014 i found the roti maker in damaged condition. Immediately
