When I tried to buy one table mate through Internet and when the online payment made by me was unsuccessful due to some network failure one lady called from the number[protected] and promised that they will send the product for Rs. 1700/- and requested me to pay cash on delivery. The bill issued by Tele Shopping Product, 460, Regional Tower, Andheri East 400069 with a hand written Bill Sl No 3073 dated 22.01.2014 without having any contact number. No guarantee/warranty card was also available inside the pack. The product received was white in colour without any cup holder as written in the bill... Was this information helpful? |
