I am Rita Banerjee.I purchase a Home Jogger Walker Machine from online shopping through Tele shopping Product on 23/03/2015 by GATI KWE.It was cash on delivery of amount 3940. When the packing box opened, I notice that the machine was defective and the footrest inner plastic paddle was broken.The machine is not working.Also inside of the machine is very dusty and full of rust just like a old and used machine . I request please replace the machine as soon as possible, it has also a 1 year warranty.so i want to replace the machine immediately. I have send the photographs of the broken machine and the bill also. I ordered a morning walker from Tele Shopping Product, 460, Regional Tower, Mumbai Andheri East-400069 .on 12.06.2015 online .
I received the order of Morning Walker on yesterday (17.06.2015). Bill No 2458(photo attached)
I received the Morning Walker with totally broken base(Black PVC bottom).
The original bill I received as Rs. 2990.00(Written numerically and in word both) but the delivery man wrote more Rs.200.00 at the bottom and took Rs.3199.00(only in numerically without correcting the words copy of the same is attached) during delevary.
The Delivery man himself opened the packet and showed the function to my wife who received the item at my resident.
The Delivery man also told that within the warranty period he only will come but gave no contact number at that time and while trying with the previous number (through which he enquired the location for delivery ) it was not responding .
Please solve my problem as it is really very painful to use one broken item just after purchasing it.
As a bonafide customer and as the item has 1 Year Warranty I may request you to please repair it soon and even instead of replacing the whole item you may replace the Brocken bottom plate which is fixed only with ….
i). 8 large Nut/Screw at the centre fixing with the heavy part of the instrument and
ii). 9 small screw to fix the bottom plate with the main casing through the boundary.
by sending your serice personelle.
Which will resolve my grivance and also attract many of my friends who will be your new customer in near future to be interested to procure the same items from you.
Please do the needful and resolve it soon .
