I had placed on orderd 18 March 2023 on their website '' https.thepetcare.in''. my order was rayal canin maxi puppy dry dog food 15 kg and order number #8901.
I paid Rs. 9300. Through online. However no tracking or delivery of the order. When i contacted them over email, website chat, WhatsApp there was no response. Please solve the my problem...

I had placed an order on 7 march 2023 on their website "https://www.thepetcare.in". My order was "Pedigree Adult Dry Dog Food, Chicken & Vegetables, 20kg Pack "and order number was #8753.

Aug 26th i placed order followed up on 1st numerous time no accountability from vendor side . I send a post on fb page the petcare and immediately email comes in very hostile aggressive threats if the post is not down they will nt send my product. I dint want to do business with such people who can't talk to customers properly instead he said I'm not worthy to be his customer .
