I have TP-Link archer router. This router has a nasty defect. It just can not sync time with ntp servers. As a result I can not use time based features like reboot or parental control.
I raised ticket with tplink tech support but they are just not responding. It's more than 10 days gone but there's no resolution.
I even escalated to the India head of TPlink but no one is looking into it.
This is a classic case...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

TP- Link Router (model No. TL-WR740N) not working

I had purchased TP- Link Router (model No. TL-WR740N, S.NO. 12B9831859, TL - WR740N) a year ago from
Ludhiana dealer and two times it has been replaced due to non working of it. Now again same problem is being faced
and I am making calls on daily basis from last one Month but nobody responds. I am very much disappointed with your service. Now i feel that i have wasted my money on useless Router.
