However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Don't go by anil dey's attitude, and that scoundrel pretends a lot. He never give actual target actual entry. All his call is vague. End of the day the performance show is based on days high and days low. I challenge no one can profit a single rupee after one month. I tried month after month and incurred huge loss....
