I am HUSAIN KHANDWAWALA. I had Transcend 1GB DDR1 RAM from Mumbai (Lamingtone Road Market).
After FEW month o[censored]sing. RAM was giving me the problem. In the JULY Month I Submitted my 1GB Transcend RAM to Transcend Service Center at TARDEO (ACCEL FRONT LINE SERVICES LIMITED) on 12/07/2012.

That office receptionist told me Replacement will come after 45days. But whenever i call there they are telling we did not get the...

product given for repair not being recd

my MP 3 player has been recd by Accel Frontline for repair vide their call ID TSCBEX[protected]DW ON 22ND Aug at their Madurai office. But till date, no resonse. They are making irresponsible reply for my repeated follow up calls. I do not know how to proceed further.

Dishonest warranty department

Purchased a transcend pen drive because of the lifetime warranty. Sure enough, it failed to detect, so I used the web site and got an RMA number, followed the instructions and sent it back, packing the drive carefully. Weeks later it was returned with the usb port bent and a rejection letter, claiming I abused the pendrive. I called to complain, it they said they took a picture and see it is bent.

Pathetic Warranty Support

I am facing an issue with Transcend. The company seems to have a very poor attitude towards its customers. I will never again buy any product from Transcend. I also advise everyone else to stay away from their products, as the company's priority list does not include customer service or satisfaction.

I brought a pen drive from local store keeper from Vadgoan(bk)
