I Stay in pune and i faced the same situation .i bought a transcend t.850 8gb version mp3 player but unfortunately its lcd screen broke within a few weeks.the service center as named by seller i.e. supertron computers is actually an authorized dealer of transcend and they refused to provide a repair even on pay basis, afterwards i learnt that transcend does'nt have a service center in india.now im left with a 8gb shuffle.wat a waste.maybe the company should not sell products if they cant provide the customers with a proper after sales service center, offering good for nothing solutions via email would'nt help transcend.

Transcend — Refused to repair even on paid basis
I bought this 2GB model,but sad enough to say the on/off button got non-functional within 8months.When I got it to its service center at Kolkata. they reported it as internal breakage for which warranty is not valid and refused to repair it even on pay basis.Now what I am left with is a useless idle comodity worthRs.2500.I will be grateful if you bring this complain in notice of the appropriate authority.
