I had booked airline tickets through travelocity india through internet and received prompt confirmation. Unfortunately I had to cancel the reservations. Their policy states that we necessarily have to call them to effect cancellation.
Calling the given numbers only elicited prerecorded response putting me on hold.I tried different nos and at different times waiting up to 20 mts. Nobody picked the phone. There is no contact address...
