you people are right.i booked one ticket from delhi to newyork.when i booked the page showed del-honkong hongkong---newyork.but when i got ticket it was del-bangkok-hongkong-vancouver-newyork.i was shocked.for vancouver(canada)you need to have transitt visa even if you are nt leaving aircraft.when i contacted them they were unrepentant.they were not able to amend my ticket.i had to contact airline(cathay pacific)for amendment by paying charges which they could have done by charging just rs 250.please beware of them.i want to file a complaint in consumer court but i am not getting there address.
