Travelocity. Co. In — CANCELLATION OF AIR BOOKING :

I had booked airline tickets through travelocity india through internet and received prompt confirmation. Unfortunately I had to cancel the reservations. Their policy states that we necessarily have to call them to effect cancellation.
Calling the given numbers only elicited prerecorded response putting me on hold.I tried different nos and at different times waiting up to 20 mts. Nobody picked the phone. There is no contact address given for their India office.E-mail to their customer care generate a auto response asking me to ring their nos.The whole exercise seems futile.
The company may be a UK based company based on their web address and operating in India without any office. Even though the phone nos refer to Gurgaon,it may or may not be a call center no.Their practice seem to be fraudulent and I am warning other users not to use their services.
I would like to know whether there is any way out of this from fellow victims since I see lot of complaints. Do any one know their office address in India?
