I'm Mohammed Mustafa Khan bearing Airline booking number: 25P893 with your Trip ID is 96222701 from HYD – SXR.

On 15th morning when I went to Rajeev Gandhi Airport (Hyderabad), at check-in the executive told me the ticket got cancelled, then I enquired with the other connecting flight companies and I got the same reply from them, further I also try calling your number, but got an automated reply that the working hours are from 8am – 8pm. Hence, I have to purchase Air India ticket from the airport and it cost me double the price i.e. 11, 480.00 INRs.

I was surprised and shocked to hear about the cancellation of the tickets, I stay almost 50 kilometers from the airport and I put lot of efforts to reach airport, I was in compete chaos. If I would have got a call or a mail at least, I would have immediately checked with some other alternatives. Moreover at Delhi I had booked a stopover with a lodge nearby Airport, costing 1500.00 INR; having said that, the most important was the consignment which I missed. So who will compensate me that?

As per the conversation with the customer service group, I regret to inform the pathetic service and no co-ordination among your business partners and service officers, I had wasted enough time in meaningless conversations regarding the amount to be credited.

Further, I was offered no alternatives; neither has you paid for me. The attitude of the executives was basically tough take it or leave it. With all these bad comments your executive not paying any attention or attempting to rectify these problems? I feel it is a case of we take your money but we couldn't care less if the ticket is cancelled!

With other website giving reimbursement of the ticket price and the money which is incurred to commute to airport and likewise the money which I put for stopover. However, I should get my money back, if the journeys no longer serve any purpose in relation to my travel plan.

On top of this compensation for the cancellation and delay under your management is liable for damage occasioned by delay.

I regret to inform, that I did not receive any acknowledgment from Travelocity till date concerning the cancellation of my trip.

I would have really appreciated your mail, if it would have served my purpose. But unfortunately I haven't received any acknowledgment after Dec 20th; moreover the misfortune took place on 15th Dec, when I was completely in chaos and in deadlock situation.



Further, in this globalize and electronic world it doesn't take a day or two to communicate with you business partners and resolve the issue.

I'm Mohammed Mustafa Khan bearing Airline booking number: 25P893 with your Trip ID is 96222701 from HYD – SXR.

On 15th morning when I went to Rajeev Gandhi Airport (Hyderabad), at check-in the executive told me the ticket got cancelled, then I enquired with the other connecting flight companies and I got the same reply from them, further I also try calling your number, but got an automated reply that the working hours are from 8am – 8pm. Hence, I have to purchase Air India ticket from the airport and it cost me double the price i.e. 11, 480.00 INRs.

I was surprised and shocked to hear about the cancellation of the tickets, I stay almost 50 kilometers from the airport and I put lot of efforts to reach airport, I was in compete chaos. If I would have got a call or a mail at least, I would have immediately checked with some other alternatives. Moreover at Delhi I had booked a stopover with a lodge nearby Airport, costing 1500.00 INR; having said that, the most important was the consignment which I missed. So who will compensate me that?

As per the conversation with the customer service group, I regret to inform the pathetic service and no co-ordination among your business partners and service officers, I had wasted enough time in meaningless conversations regarding the amount to be credited.

Further, I was offered no alternatives; neither has you paid for me. The attitude of the executives was basically tough take it or leave it. With all these bad comments your executive not paying any attention or attempting to rectify these problems? I feel it is a case of we take your money but we couldn't care less if the ticket is cancelled!

With other website giving reimbursement of the ticket price and the money which is incurred to commute to airport and likewise the money which I put for stopover. However, I should get my money back, if the journeys no longer serve any purpose in relation to my travel plan.

On top of this compensation for the cancellation and delay under your management is liable for damage occasioned by delay.

I regret to inform, that I did not receive any acknowledgment from Travelocity till date concerning the cancellation of my trip.

Now I request you to reimburse for the flight charges. "Looking forward to from hearing from you"

It was committed to reverse the difference amount, of the other flight charges which I had to put in unnecessarily and the charges related to stopover with a lodge nearby Airport, costing 1500.00 INR. Till now I have received your grievances on the paper only, but not anything in practice. I would have really appreciated your mail, if it would have served my purpose. But unfortunately I haven't received any acknowledgment after Dec 25th; moreover the misfortune took place on 15th Dec, when I was completely in chaos and in deadlock situation.


Further, in this globalize and electronic world it doesn't take a day or two to communicate with you business partners and resolve the issue. With other companies giving reimbursement of the ticket price and the money which is incurred to commute to airport and likewise the money which I put for stopover; However, I should get my money back, if the journeys no longer serve any purpose in relation to my travel plan.
