I was booking a train ticket on irctc portal on dated 19.02.2019 and i had done a transaction though your gateway. Amount of rs. 770 debited my account but ticket was not booked.
Details are as follows:-

Failure reason...

I have booked from mysore to mayiladuthurai for[protected] on 17th march 2018. Amount deducted from debit card is 1450 for 4 seats, my ticket booking is failure. I have received the message that i will get refund within 5 working days. Refund date and time not yet confirmed. Please refund the amount as per your msg received.
