I am a 77 year old retired Indian Air Force officer. My electricity connection No. is[protected]. I received an electricity bill on 04/09/2015 and made full payment on 07/09/2014. The last date for payment without penalty was 24/09/2014. Next bill was received on 06/11/2014 which showed an amount of Rs.16.04 as late payment charges. This bill was paid in full on 08/11/2014 though the last date for payment without penalty was 22/11/2014....
