UPCL Dehradun — Over charging in electricity bills

I am a 77 year old retired Indian Air Force officer. My electricity connection No. is[protected]. I received an electricity bill on 04/09/2015 and made full payment on 07/09/2014. The last date for payment without penalty was 24/09/2014. Next bill was received on 06/11/2014 which showed an amount of Rs.16.04 as late payment charges. This bill was paid in full on 08/11/2014 though the last date for payment without penalty was 22/11/2014. By this time I had already reported the matter to the concerned authorities about overcharging in the bill dated 06/11/2014. Next bill dated 06/01/2015 once again a mistake was made of Rs.8.02 as late payment charges and no refund was made for the earlier mistake. Since then I have reported the matter numerous times to the customer care. I also reported the matter on 11.01.2015, 08/03/2015, 16/03/2015 & 06/07/2015 in writing. Unfortunately the billing section o[censored]PCL has failed to correct the mistake and refund the money overcharged to me. Kindly ask the concerned authority to take action without any further delay.
